At Unify PT, physical therapy is one on one, individualized, and grounded in advanced clinical training.

Each Doctor of Physical Therapy on our team is Fellowship-Trained with extensive education in spine care, extremity injuries, sports rehabilitation, and nerve related conditions. We regularly work with weight lifters, runners, active adults, athletes, and individuals who want to stay strong and independent.

Your care begins with a detailed injury history and a thorough evaluation of movement, strength, and range of motion. From there, we build a plan based on what your body needs. Treatment may include manual therapy, dry needling, targeted exercise, and movement retraining to help you return to lifting, running, training, and daily life with confidence.

Our focus is simple: identify the root cause, address it directly, and help you move forward with clarity and strength.

Whether you are training hard, competing, or simply feeling tight from workouts, our Sports Massage sessions are designed to help your body recover and perform at its best.
Performed by a Licensed Massage Therapist, these sessions focus on soft tissue work to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support mobility.
