Recovery is an important step most individuals often overlook. The muscle soreness you feel the 1-3 days after a strenuous workout, otherwise known as DOMS or delayed-onset muscle soreness, performing constant repetitive movements at work, or simply just sitting at a desk all day. Our Recovery Therapists will use different techniques to help alleviate that soreness, so you can train harder and perform better.
